He Is Jehovah Jireh. See Him As Your Provision Today.

Have you sang the song, "Jehovah Jireh, my Provider, His grace is sufficient for me for me for me."

Truly, the LORD your God, HE is your Provider. The first time this name of God is mentioned is in Genesis 22:14 "And Abraham called the name of the place, The-LORD-Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, "In the Mount of the LORD it shall be provided."

When the children of Israel were in the Wilderness of Sin after they departed from the land of Egypt, the LORD rained bread from heaven (Exodus 16). They ate heaven's bread or manna for forty years. When they complained they have no meat to eat, the LORD provided quails for their dinner. (Exodus 16:13)

When they complained they were thirsty, the LORD brought forth water from a rock (Exodus 17:1-7)

Now isn't that amazing? The LORD is so kind and gracious. Even though His people complained in the wilderness, He still provided for their daily needs.

He Shall Supply and Over Supply!

"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19

Even when Jesus was on earth, He fed the five thousand men with a little boy's lunch. This little boy only had five loaves of bread and two fishes.

That is why Andrew, Simon Peter's brother said to Jesus "There is a lad here who has five barley loaves and two small fish, but what are they among so many?" (John 6:9)

Jesus multiplied the five loaves of bread and two fishes and the multitudes of people ate as much as they wanted. (John 6:11)

After they ate as much as they wanted, there were twelve baskets left over! (John 6:13) Wow! Your Abba Father does not just supply enough to feed the five thousand. Your Abba Father, your Jehovah Jireh over supply! Hallelujah!

Nothing Is Too Hard For The LORD!

Is there anything too hard for the LORD? But nothing is impossible for God. He is Jehovah Jireh, the LORD your Provider.

There is the miracle of the draught of fish.

Luke 5:4-6

When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, "Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch. But Simon answered and said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net." And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. After Jesus' death and He appeared to His disciples on the shore of Galilee, He provided a net-breaking, boat-sinking load of fish to them.

John 21:4-6

But when the morning had now come, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus. Then Jesus said to them, "Children, have you any food?" They answered Him, "No." And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish."

In whatever situation, the LORD God, is your Provider on the day that you accept Him as your LORD and Savior. Besides forgiving you (and me) of all sins, He has also blessed you with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. (Ephesians 1:3)

Praise the LORD forevermore! Yahweh YIREH, Jehovah JIREH, my Provider!
